1. Classification –This Bacteria is an Aerobic organism with a formal scientific name. This creature was named after the famous french scientist Henri Bouldard and so therefore, "bouldarii"

2. Gram stain – Since this organism is a yeast, it is niether gram positve or negative. A yeast has a nucleus and won't react the same to a gram staining test as bacteria would.

3. Structure – Sacchromyces is round shaped, circular. It can't be described as a coccus shape because it isn't a bacteria. There is a cell wall present as yeasts have in general. There are internal structures like; nucleus, vacuole, mitochondria, and lipids. Alternatively, there are no flagella, and a yeast does not form spores.

4. Habitat –  Although it is a yeast this creature could be found in fruit in Indochina but it preferably locates itself in ones lower smaller intesine. It sits here because it can obtain nutrients and provide the host, with restoration of the natural flora of the organ.

5. Nutritional Requirements –  This yeast, like all others, is Heterotrophic,in that it obtains its nutients from other sources. In order for its optimum function, this yeast needs to be at 37c and in good condition.

6. Reproduction –  Asexual reproductive strategies are the most common mode of vegetative growth in yeast is by

budding or fission. 15 Here a small bud, or daughter cell, is formed on the parent cell. The nucleus of the parent cell splits into a daughter nucleus and migrates into the daughter cell. The bud continues to grow until it separates from the parent cell, forming a new cell.16 The bud can develop on different parts of the parent cell depending on the genus of the yeast.

7. History – In 1923 the French scientist Henri Boulard, made an important historical find that nearly shook the earth. Henri had been looking for a yeast to make a new delicious new wine for himself when he stumbled upon this organism. He needed a yeast that could withstand the high temperatures that could fight the cholera epidemic at the time. His research was a success and he is a top scientist, revered by many folk today.

8. Beneficial properties - Saccharomyces can be used to treat acute diarrhea, Recurrent Clostridium difficile Infection, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Travelers' Diarrhea, Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea, HIV/AIDS-Associated Diarrhea.

9. Saccharomyces Bouldarii is responisble for the cleaning out of your system and helping restore the natural balence of flora in your intestinal track. This yeast consumes some of the bactera and materials found in your intestine, and it uses it to survive. It lives with you in a Mutual symbiotic relationship.

10. Probiotics help keep your immune system healthy, and this yeast is not pathogenic, and it only helps to support your system.

11. As, cited in Peter's notes, there has been a recient controversy over Saccharomyces Bouldarii and if it should be classified as conspecific. The scientists argue that if it is than a detailed examination of how we define conspecific is to be held. It would later be difficult to discribe the neccsary quailties or traits used to create a defintion for the organism.
